Return Policy

30 days Returns Policy:
- Change of mind – return shipping at your expense and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items are to be returned in their original packaging and in their original brand new condition.

- If we get your order wrong (hello fellow human), we will facilitate a swap at our expense or a return for refund also at our expense. Please note, the items still need to be returned in their original packaging and in their brand new condition.

- Replacements – if an item arrives damaged, please send us clear photos of the packaging and the damage to your item(s). We may require you to present your package to your local Australia Post to begin a claim. Once you forward us your claim number, we will dispatch a replacement to you.
