- Standard shipping 3-10 business days – Australia Post
- Express post shipping 1-3 business days – Australia Post
- International shipping – Please request quote: info@sparescity.au or send us a message via our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/www.sparescity.com.au.
- Orders valued $300+: if your address is a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect, you are required to email us a current photo ID with information that matches your sparescity account registered information before we ship. All other standard addresses will be signature on delivery at your nearest Australia Post Office/Post Shop.
- If you register the wrong details and fail to advise us before dispatch, we can’t help. You will need to contact Australia Post whilst the package is still in transit and arrange a redirection with the carrier. If the package gets back to us via RTS, you will need to pay for a re-dispatch. If you choose to receive a refund instead of a re-dispatch, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund – provided the item(s) are in their original brand new condition.
